Thank you for your purchase, however if you need to make a return:

All Items can be returned.  

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Please return within 4 weeks of receiving your order

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Please return to LadyB PO Box 65 Legana Tasmania

HOW do customers return items?
It is always best to contact us prior to making a return.  The items need to be packaged in a similar manner to the way you received your parcel.  Please ensure you enclose your name, address, and reason for return. 


SHIPPING Costs for Returns

It is our desire for you as the customer to be happy with your purchases. ​

Always contact us prior to a return so the cost of return can be discussed. 

If your items are faulty, please email us a picture of the faulty product, so we can assess the cause of the fault.  We can also discuss with you the manner of shipping, and payment of the return for any faulty item. 

If you have ordered an incorrect item, and wish to return for a different product or a refund, the cost of the return must be paid for by the customer. 

Credit for returns
Refund credit can be credited to your LadyB  account for use in another purchase, or through PayPal, or Credit Card, please discuss with us the options best suited to the circumstances of the return.

We do not have a public brick and mortar store, however, a return can be dropped back to us, by arrangement.
